Are these classes pre-packaged videos or are they live classes?
These are live online yoga classes, delivered online through Google Meet or Zoom.
What if I want video recordings of our yoga classes to refer to later?
For an extra fee, I can record the classes and send you the link. Please request this when registering.
How long are the yoga classes?
Each class is 30 minutes long, and there are six classes in the entire series.
Are the classes private or open to the public?
These classes are private - just you and me! If you have others in your household who want to take the classes, please send me an email for a discounted small group rate.
When are classes scheduled? Every week? Twice a week? Every other week?
Classes are scheduled at your own pace. Whether you want classes once a week, twice a week, or just at your leisure, we'll work togther on scheduling classes at whatever pace works for you. You have 6 months from the time of purchase to complete your classes.
What happens in each class?
These slow-paced yoga classes open with a grounding meditiation, then move into carefully building one main pose. We may go over other "lead up" or "cool down" poses, as well as previous poses learned as the series progresses. Each class will end with a few minutes of "rest and digest," or savasana.
What yoga poses will we learn?
While there is some flexibility in the poses learned, you'll learn tadasana (mountain pose,) adho mukha svanasana (downward-facing dog), and virabhadrasana II (warrior II pose), just to name a few. Other common poses like balasana (child's pose) and savasana (corpse pose) will be utilized in every class.
What if I have questions during class?
These classes are meant to be no pressure and conversational, not a lecture. You can ask as many questions as you'd like!
