Online Yoga & Dance Classes for the Week of June 22
MONDAY - JUNE 22
Spending all day hunched over your computer? Or maybe you're taking care of everyone but yourself lately?
Unwind with an easy 30 minutes of stretching - plus a down dog or two - so that you can feel more present, relaxed, & "in your body."
Feel free to bring something to sip - whether water, wine, or whatever!

WEDNESDAY - JUNE 24
Let's get grounded & build mountains!
This 30-minute Yoga Fundamentals installment focuses on tadasana (mountain pose) and is great for beginners, or anyone wanting to fine-tune their tadasana.
WEDNESDAY - JUNE 24
This flow-style yoga class focuses on bringing the root chakra - which is all about security and stability and groundedness - into balance, through the lens of fostering positive body image.
This is a full, one-hour, energizing yoga class.
THURSDAY - JUNE 25
Feeling disconnected from your body?
Need to move in a fresh new way?
Need to reconnect to the divine feminine?
In these two 30-minute classes, you'll learn the basic moves of burlesque (yes, "bump" & "grind" are actual moves!) in a supportive & fun atmosphere, and in the second class, a simple choreography.
~In the Tease Taster, we'll string together a series of 4 simple, slightly sultry movements to have you strutting and shimmying.
~In Dance It Out, we'll use the basic elements of burlesque to build a simple choreography that's tons of fun, with the goal of fostering gratitude for your beautiful body.
It's recommended that you take the Tease Taster at least one time (if not a few times) before taking Dance It Out, but this isn't required.
Note: There won't be any "striptease" element in these classes; they are dance-based classes. Wear anything comfy that makes you feel good. You are welcome to wear shoes, but they aren't needed.
