MONDAY, June 15, 2020 - 4:30-5 p.m. PST: Happy Hour Yoga: Stretch & Sip

Spent all day hunched over your computer? Or maybe you're taking care of everyone but yourself lately?


Unwind with an easy 30 minutes of yoga-based stretching - and a down dog or two - so that you can feel more present, relaxed, and "in your body."


Feel free to bring something to sip - whether water, wine, or whatever!

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2020 - 4-4:30 p.m. PST: Yoga Fundamentals - Tadasana

Let's get grounded and build mountains!


This Yoga Fundamentals installment focuses on tadasana, mountain pose, and is great for beginners, or anyone wanting to fine-tune their tadasana.

THURSDAY, June 18, 2020 - 4:30-5:30 p.m. PST: Rock Your Root - Chakra-Based Body Positive Yoga

This flow-style yoga class focuses on bringing the root chakra - which is all about security and stability and groundedness - into balance, through the lens of fostering positive body image.
