Learn or get a refresher on the step-by-step cues to building your Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog.
We'll start with a grounding meditation, followed by a quick warm-up, the focus on building downward dog - first the step-by-step arms, followed by the legs, and a few opportunities to practice by putting it all together, and ending with cool-down stretches. Read more and register here.
