Yoga for Inner Thigh Toning and Strengthening

The inner thighs - also called hip adductors - are important for balance, hip mobility, and can even help to alleviate back pain.


This class focuses on simple yoga poses that strengthen the inner thighs.


You will need a yoga block, a hard cover book, or a pillow for this class.
